I'm an award winning watercolorist in fairy illustration, and a published instructor for drawing and painting. My work is inspired by florals, birds, faith, women, children, and all things nature, created using watercolor, gouache, colored pencil, and ink. These inspire my imagination to fill with fantasy, demonstrating the relationship they have to myself, the relationships we all have with the world, and how we view ourselves. It isn’t the beauty on the outside, but how the beauty on the inside is transcended outward, working in harmony with the world. Traveling throughout the midwest selling my work at fairs, and licensing my images online, I find the best part about my job is connecting with my followers, listening to life stories, giving hugs, helping others discover their light through art, and teaching. When I'm not creating you can find me cooking, raising my two kiddos, and playing in the yard.
